After clarification from personnel with the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Firearms Safety Program, we have been advised that because Extar firearms are not on the SB25-003 SPECIFIED SEMIAUTOMATIC FIREARMS LIST, transfers can be processed as usual. Extar buyers do not have to go through the Specified Semiautomatic Firearm program.
Please contact your preferred dealer before ordering to ensure they will process your transfer, as not all dealers may be aware Extar is not on the list.
If the firearm ships to your dealer and you are unable to take possession for any reason, we will deduct from your refund the cost of shipping to and from the dealer, along with a 15% restocking fee. This is detailed on our website under 'Online Returns Policy'.
