All orders:

Refunds for cancelled orders not yet shipped will be assessed a 5% fee. Extar reserves the right to cancel or refuse sales to any customer for any reason.

FFL Items:

All sales of firearms are FINAL, and returns are NOT ACCEPTED unless prior approval is given.

Once a firearm is transferred to a customer, Extar will not accept a return or exchange without our prior expressed approval. If a defect is discovered by the customer after shipment and transfer of ownership, the customer must contact Extar Customer Service to initiate warranty claim process.

Firearms are subject to a minimum of 15% restocking fee if authorized for return due to the additional paperwork required.

Extar is not responsible for the reimbursement of any shipment costs or transfer fees due to a firearm being returned.

A 15% restocking fee will be charged for FFL items that need to be shipped back to us due to an ATF Form 4473 denial. In other words, if you fail your background check and want your FFL to ship the item back to us, then we refund your order, less the original shipping charge and less a 15% restocking fee.

Non FFL Items:

If the purchased non-FFL item(s) is defective or damaged upon receipt, we will send a replacement product. If the customer is not satisfied with a purchased item(s) and wishes to return it for a refund or replacement, the customer may return the item(s) to Extar WITHIN 30 DAYS of the date of receipt of delivery of the purchased item and be charged a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping for items that a customer changed their mind about wanting, shall be covered by the customer. Return shipments must be sent back to Extar in new, un-used condition; or the customer may be subject to more fees.

Extar does not warranty auxiliary items that are not manufactured by Extar but are included in the sale of a firearm, such as arm braces and magazines. Customers may attempt any warranty claims with the manufacturer of the item, if a warranty is offered by the manufacturer.

All returns MUST INCLUDE a Return Merchandise Authorization with the returned item in order for Extar to process the request, issue a refund, or replace the item. The Customer MUST email Customer Service (support@extarusa.com) to obtain an RMA BEFORE returning any item.
