We have resumed shipping to Rhode Island. Before you order, you must locate a dealer that is willing to process the transfer for the firearm you are purchasing. (Being listed in our dealer database does not ensure they are doing transfers.)
If the firearm ships to your dealer and you are unable to take possession for any reason, we will deduct from your refund the cost of shipping to and from the dealer, along with a 15% restocking fee. This is detailed on our website under 'Online Returns Policy'.
